Hello all . My name is Carl . I hope all are staying safe during this pandemic. I am from a town called Ilion N.Y. Upstate NY. Below are pics of my grill and a brisket I made this past Sunday. Got the Grill from Lowes about a month ago for 100 dollar and added the smoker to it for 70 dollar. the original price of the grill was 269 dollars alone so i got a heck of a deal with all the mods i put into it i still am 20 dollars shy of paying full price of grill. NOT A BAD DEAL HUH. Now this is my first time ever smoking anything and i must say im hooked and for the brisket it was awesome the family said they loved it.

The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
