Hello from Grill and Swill
Hello from Minnesota. I joined the Pitmaster Club a couple of weeks ago. I love the site and look forward to learning from all of you folks. Now that we have some nice weather it time to get cooking. I dry brined some chicken thighs with kosher salt and rubbed up some country style pork ribs earlier this morning. Going to smoke em low and slow later this afternoon while enjoying a few beverages.
