Well I finally joined the pit, I bought Meathead’s book a couple years ago and have been reading through that. Don’t really have a good reason why it took so long to join up.
I am a lifelong user of a Weber kettle and probably always will be. I just received my Slow & Sear on Friday and have a couple of baby back rack’s going on it as I write this just to break it in.
I’m currently in Virginia but my wife & I may move out to Wyoming to retire in a few years.
Looking forward to learning a ton from everyone here.
Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
