Hey guys. New at the smoking thing. Pretty much retired now and have a little time on my hands. Always wanted to get into this and finally got my first smoker. I don't have the room (or patience I doubt) for a stick smoker. I got a Rec Tec RT700 pellet. I've had it a couple of weeks now and use it 4-5 times a week. Anyway, look forward to wisdom, advice and experience this forum has to offer.

Semi-retired right now, this could change either way depending on the next few weeks
