- Low end sous vide immersion circulator that runs like a champ and never gives me any trouble with Bluetooth or wifi connections.
Outdoor
- Char-Griller Akorn Kamado with which I have been very happy for low and slow cooks.
- Blackstone 4 burner griddle which may be overkill for two people, but dang you feel like a manly chef when you have all 4 burners cranked and a steel spatula in each hand.
- Home made Thai style Dtao charcoal grill; this thing is essentially a rectangular charcoal chimney. It ain't much good for delicate operations, but if you want really hot for a sear, it's great.
