    Introduction

    Hello from South Carolina, my name is Dan. I’ve been a member for about four years, but have not commented on anything before. I have a lot of experience with grilling and BBQ. I taught a grilling class at COD in GE, IL. However, one of the best things that ever happen to me was when I discovered Meathead’s site. I have used the brisket, corned beef and pastrami recipes and found them to be great. The information on food safety is great too. I have 3 Weber Kettles 2-22”, 1-26”, a Traeger Texas, and a Weber Summit 670 NG. I recently was given a Joule sous vide and can attest to the fact that you can’t make a better steak. Good to meet y’all.
