Not nearly a neighbour but have family in Frisco and University Park in Dallas, manage to get down there once a year usually. Fun to hit local pits in the area.
Welcome! Nice looking offset there. You'll make some awesome brisket and pork butts on that thing. If you haven't tried them, check out Messina-Hof winery in the old Wallis Hotel. They originated in Bryan, Tx but now have locations in Grapevine and Fredericksburg. I like their port wine with a grilled ribeye. I'm originally from Plano BTW.
