    Hello From Ohio

    Hello all,

I am from NorthEast Ohio and have been smoking for a number of years, but would still consider myself a newbie. I started out with a Weber kettle, and then about 5 years ago switched a Weber gas grill and a Weber Smokey Mountain. Recently I inherited an older Memphis Pro pellet smoker from a family member who just bought a new pellet smoker. I have to say, I love the taste I get from my Weber Smokey Mountain, but am really enjoying how much easier the Memphis Pro is to use and clean up. Because of that the amount of smoking I do has increased dramatically since I acquired the Memphis.

Having already enjoyed reading a lot of the post here, and am looking forward to asking a lot of newbie questions.

    Thanks

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.

The Cool Kettle With The Hinged Hood We Always Wanted

Napoleon’s 22″ Pro Cart Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front, spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees. It’s hard to beat a Weber kettle, but Napoleon holds its own and adds some unique features to make the 22″ Pro Cart a viable alternative.
