Transplanted northerner learning to be southern (something I should have done a couple of decades ago). But while roaming the planet I have gotten to experience many forms and flavors of BBQ and other grilled goodies. Now I wander less but have now begun to create my own with my current smoker and grill. Of course doing it well takes time and during that I normally need an excellent beer. Currently trying to determine what the best beer is. I have about 25 years of research invested and have narrowed it down to 50 or so but there seems to always be one more I need to include.
Current endeavors have been almost anything pork, a couple of turkeys and a few hens. Have used the site many times and have put the great information to use so finally thought I would jump in see what is happening in the Pit.
Tonight's entry for my hoptology research is the Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout
