I love to cook and will try cooking anything and any kind of cuisine. I have been smoking food for 20 years or so and have owned multiple smokers/grills over that time. I am currently using a Big Steel Keg and a Weber Genesis E-310 and looking to get a trailer outfit in the future. I am also a member of the Broil King Keg forum. This site has been referenced several times on that forum, most recently the Katz pastrami which brought to the site and I decided to join. I do a lot of lurking and not much posting. I really enjoy looking at other cooks posts and it inspires me to try the different equipment, styles, and methods of smoking/grilling/cooking. Looking forward to being a member of this site and the information that I will gain.

NICE!!!! Another Keg owner!!! We are few and far between around these parts. I look forward to hearing from you. I don't think I have seen pictures from anyone else that has a Keg. Glad your here, this is a great collection of BBQers.
