Hello! New member here! I am from Oregon and have been into smoking meats (or anything else edible) for about 10 years. I started with a Traeger which has been great and then purchased a PBC a couple of years ago. I am still not able to come close to duplicating that central Texas post oak flavor I have been craving since I made the trip to Austin a few years back.
I think I have finally talked my lovely treasury department into seeing the need for a stick burner and have been looking at the KBQ very closely the past few weeks. I am looking forward to learning much more from you all! Thanks!

Hello from Chico. I don’t own a KBQ but I, too, have a treasury Department. You have definitely come to the right place for KBQ advice, recipes and photos. Make sure when you ask a question specific to the KBQ to say so. I know sometimes someone will ask a question that I answer only to realize in reading responses from other KBQ owners that I was wrong. It really is a special smoker and when that wallet is allowed to open, buy it immediately!
