    Hello everyone. I'm a newbie to smokin . Just bought the grilla grill Silver back alpha and I loving it already. So far I grill a some rib ey . Salmon Fresh kabassi and dis my first boston butt.
    looking to cook / smoke the following; boneless Boston butt, short ribs, brisket, cheese. Bacon and salt.
    any suggestions or tips are appreciated.

    Welcome to The Pit Vince. Recipes for all the things you want to cook are on the free side, but a boneless butt gets the same treatment as a bone in butt.
