I'm in my mid 50's and have been a die heart charcoal grill, and smoke, guy. I'm now looking to get into the Pellet game. So far I'm interested in the Grilla Grills and the new SmokeFire, which is scheduled to be released next month. So that means I'm also interested in learning about the different pellets flavor and recipes.
I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
