i have been smoking for about 2 years on and off. I started out with Ribs and went crazy trying to make the perfect rack, I entered my first rib competition in July 2019 and took 2nd place, hopefully next year first place!! I actually got tired of eating ribs so i have moved onto homemade bacon and that is my latest quest.
I look forward to learning as much as I can about smoking, curing, etc.
I currently have a RecTec RT-340 but am looking at upgrading to either a RT-700 with cold smoke box or the Yoder 1500
