Long time weber griller. Just purchased the WSM 22. It's a beast but I'm puzzled why the door is such a POS on a otherwise quality product. Next couple days will be spent sealing the door and adding the Cajun pimp kit. Can't wait to season it in and low/slow a shoulder.

Should have also added that I have been following the site for a couple years. After watching the meathead WGN reverse sear video I dry brined and reverse seared a tomahawk ribeye on my Weber Performer and now I am hooked. Steak was unbelievable. Take away is I need a thermopen. My "instant read" is not so "instant". Good enough for brewing but not for grilling.
