Hello From the city of Brotherly Love (Philadelphia)

I own a 18" and a 22" Weber Smokey Mountain. I recently purchased a Pitmaker trailer that I plan to pick up later this month. I have been smoking for about 7 years and I in the process of launching a bbq catering company.

Sounds like you know what you're doing. How is the BBQ scene up there?

The BBQ scene is ok. There are alot of bbq places but they are commercialized and not authentic. I'm trying to change that.

Thank you kind sir! I try to get to at least one game a year. My daughter has grown/morphed into a larger football fan than myself? Not sure how that happened, but, it is pretty cool.
