I have been following amazingribs.com for a year now. I think it's good time to join. I am semi-retired living in Chiengmai Thailand. I am travelling a lot and will stop in 2 years from now. After that I am thinking of opening a small BBQ joint in Chiengmai around my house not to earn money but to occupy my time and entertain people.
I have been cooking since my student time in Scotland and training time in Germany. I still love cooking. I will be gathering all info until the time I open my joint.
