Hey everyone! I just purchased my first proper pit. I have been doing progressively larger events batch cooking on an Akorn kamado and it was finally time to commit to a pit after I got into the hundreds. I am dipping my toes into small event BBQ catering and weekend events. And I love it. L O V E I T

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
