Hi all. After a 40 year career as a computer engineer in the DC area, I retired and relocated to Green Valley AZ. Green Valley is a 50+ community about 25 miles south of Tucson. For most of my adult life, I've used Weber gas grills. My current gas grill is a Weber Summit. We use the grill for dinner most nights. Over the Labor Day weekend, I added a Traeger Pro 575 pellet grill/smoker. So far, I've used the smoker for Baby Back ribs, a Pork Butt, and a Brisket. There's always more to learn and room for improvement, but I've been happy with the results so far.
