Hello all - my name is Dan. I've been a longtime reader and finally joined up (should've done it a long time ago). I have 3 boys and really got started on the grill when my middle son (now 15) was diagnosed with celiac, meaning a gluten-free diet. We started cooking more at home and honestly - it's so easy to make anything gluten free when on the grill! I am a bit of a jack-of-all, master of none . . . I really love steaks (using Meathead's methods) and we all love grilled wings! So much better than fried . . .
