Hello to everyone here! Greetings from the hills of Southwest Central Pennsylvania.
I've been using the recipes and techniques from this site for a couple of years and and very pleased with the results.

One complaint, ok a couple complaints:
Now all my friends and neighbors want home-made bacon.
I can't possibly do all these recipes, but I will sure try!
can't stomach store bought stuff anymore.
