I have been a long time user of the free side of Amazing Ribs for 4-5 years now after my neighbor recommended it. I have now final joining the club!
My "everyday" cooking apparatus is a 11 year old Traeger Grill. I also use an Anova sous vide and a firepit I use with charcoal. I am excited to finally me a member!
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
