Welcome from Brooklyn. My college gf grew up an hour up the river from you (down? I’m a lifelong city boy, except for meeting her at Oberlin) in New Boston/Portsmouth.

I’m still here on my green card, but expect soon to ask lovely spouse for permission to become an AR citizen. This place is smokin’.
