Hello all! My name is Scotty Henderson from Friendswood, TX. I have been smoking and Q'n since I was in my teen years, learning from my Dad. I now own three pits, a rolling stick burner, a home based stick burner, and I just purchased my first pellet smoker this past weekend, a Grilla Grills Silverbac. I am always eager to learn when it comes to cooking and get just as excited about food as I do my other passion, which is fishing. Hope to learn a lot and make better Q.
