I finally joined the club yesterday after using the brilliant recipes on this site for too many years. Fan favorites amongst my family and tailgating friends include ribs, shmancy smoked salmon, pork butts, the holiday turkey recipe, anything with Memphis Dust or Simon and Garfunkel... and excessive use of the word 'spatchcock'.
