Home is the Seattle area...
So much to learn, but it’s a helluva fun education!
Welcome Rick, from the Seattle area!
Good group here - while we’re all learning every day, there are some experienced BBQers here willing to share their knowledge.
I’ve learned SO much here, and it’s a fun group too - go figure!
Looking forward to hearing of your BBQ adventures!
Welcome to The Pit from Houston!!! Spent several years in the Seattle area during my formidable high school and community college years. Nothing but great advice, great recipes, and even better people here! As a legend of The Pit used to say, Eat Well and Prosper!!!!!
Another Seattleite here. But, not to worry, one of our son-in-laws is from a ranch on the Okanagan plateau. Redman is also from WA, and PBC dad. There are a lot of us meat eaters here, even west of the Cascades, in the zona de arugula y kale!
