Hey All,

Only found these forums about two weeks ago. I've been using my PBC for 3-4 years now and recently purchased a Kamado Joe Classic 3. Learning how to use that right now. I bought and read the Franklin Barbecue book however and am increasingly becoming obsessed with fire. Just when you think you've got enough expensive hobbies!

These forums have already been a huge help dialing in temps with the PBC especially and this is just a great community. Looking forward to being part of it for a while.
