Greetings from Lansing, MI where I live with my wife. I have been lurking on the site for several months and I have loved every recipe I have tried. I am in my late 20's and just got into smoking last year with the purchase of a Pit Barrel. I now have a PBC, Weber Kettle, and just yesterday I bought a new Louisiana Grills Kamado at Costco after getting a bad case of GAS/MAC. I now grill hot and fast on 50% of weeknights and use a smoker almost every weekend. I enjoy smoking/grilling all kinds of meat paired with a nice wine and/or craft beer. I work in finance and am a huge Michigan State sports fan. I almost always bring my PBC or Weber to tailgates in the fall.
