Good morning/afternoon everyone. The usual applies here: long time lurker, first time subscriber. My name is Karl, and I'm from Stansbury Park, Utah. I converted over to charcoal from propane about 4 years ago, and haven't looked back. I own a Weber Performer 22 going on about 3.5 years now, and absolutely LOVE it. One of the best purchases I have ever made.
I finally joined as a subscribing member this morning (4th of July!!). What pushed me over the edge was the great success I have had so far with the advice and recipes I have found on this site.
I'm smoking baby back ribs on my Weber today, as well as the coleslaw and potato salad found on the 4th of July menu.
Off to a great start so far.
