    Finally Joined

    Glad to finally jump in, been following amazingribs.com for about 5 years and finally decided to join up. I'm a Big Green Egger, with a large egg and a well worn 18 year old Weber gasser that's been rebuilt several times. Love hot stuff and peppers. Looking forward to learning more new stuff from everyone here as well as from Meathead and Crew. Y'all have a great 4th and be safe.

    Welcome from the mountains of NC. I grow my own Habaneros and tried Ghost Peppers also and made sauces of each.

      I grow the Habaneros every couple of years and follow a recipe from the Caribbean. It is good on all most any thing.
