One summer, several years ago I was out on disability and sitting on my couch. I really got a craving for a Pastrami sandwich. I was born and raised in NYC and considered it my inalienable right to have one. I’m in central NJ and the closest place would be 1 ½ hrs round trip. I decided that since Pastrami was invented by a human and I AM a human that I should be able to reproduce it. Got the Pastrami recipe from this site and I’ve been smoking and flash freezing ever since.
