    Hello from Cumberland County, PA

Hi, I recently got into smoker BBQ (yesterday..that's recent, right?) and so far have had decent success. Starting off I'm using a propane-fired vertical smoker. Historically my BBQ experience has been either on the grill or huge pit fire dept BBQs (100s of chickens/briskets at a time).

Welcome from southeast Michigan! You're in the right place to learn and teach!

Welcome from south Texas! So you didn’t really just start yesterday!

Welcome from Central Ohio via Western New York.

The best chicken I’ve ever had has come from Fire Department chicken BBQs. I love the vinegar/garlic marinade most of them use.

I have come close but have never replicated the taste.
