Howdy everyone, I joined yesterday and have been poking around the site off and during this raining weekend. Lots of good things here that I want to try out.

      • I cook, smoke and grill on a large Big Green Egg with the BBQ Guru' DigiQ DX. Royal Oak Lump Charcoal and Hickory are superb fuels. Smoking Boston Butts Rules! Moosehead is the beer of choice. My deck is heaven and I own The Sauce Company, Inc.
