Been a user and actually participated a long time ago.
Love to eat, little too much so. Wife is a canning QUEEN. I tease her, if she could figure out how to tenderize rocks, she would can those too. There is very little she doesn't can.
Found Sous Vide several years ago, when a friend told me to look up beer cooler steaks. In my best Tool Man imitation, "huh".
Can't leave anything in factory delivered state, and that pretty covers the multiple grills and smokers... including my little cheap 1lb propane grill in a travel trailer. It's now running off of the trailer propane and has grill grates.
We buy most of our meat from local 4h auction. Have 3 freezers full of meat and vegetables. We pseudo make homemade wine, got up to 17 different types, but going to be cutting that back to a smaller selection. It makes it tough, because a couple of the wines pair perfectly with a particular food. Luna Bianca is a perfect example, it pairs perfectly with turkey, but doesn't pair with chicken.
