    Hello everyone

My name is Darryl and I live in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada. I've been doing your everyday back yard BBQing for a few decades now. Only in the last 5 years have I expanded my skills and ambitions. I have a pellet BBQ and the ole' trusty Weber briquette BBQ. I joined this site over a year ago but due to life being so busy, i haven't had mush time to "play". Today I am doing a pulled pork, only my second try. Hope she turns out. So far this site has been awesome with info.
