Hello all. Just found the site about a week ago. a lot of great info. I am smoking some St. Louis style ribs today, Using Meatheads spare rib rub. I used some bourbon with honey for the glue. i also saw the suggestion of using honey mustard, I may try that next time. Kind of new to smoking. I got away from it for a bit. But back to it again. Still pretty new but looking for to learning more and getting better at it.
