Welcome to the Pit! Man, once you learn to make that kettle dance, your gasser is gonna begin to feel lonely ;-)

Since you are here, bgismo20, let me introduce you to Meathead's opinion on beer can chicken. I almost cancelled my membership, cause I loved beer can chicken until I read this: https://amazingribs.com/beer-can-chicken

Welcome from TN. Lots of kettles around here, right Mr. Bones? If you can, invest in a slow n sear for the kettle. That will make the kettle really versatile.
