Just joined after lurking for about a year. Made 3 recipes and all 3 fantastic. Corned Beef, Pastrami and lamb sheep dipping sauce. I smoke quite a bit with a propane (willed to me by a coworker) and usually load it up with a variety of stuff. You cannot see the pastrami but it is on the bottom.
I am sorry about the Vols thing. I went to Michigan, so I am a Wolverines fan. And I don't really like orange lol. But I am surrounded by die hard Vols fans.
