I’ve been dreaming about getting a smoker for years and recently started doing heavy research. Bought Meathead’s book last week and realized this site was his after I came across it a few times trying to figure out what the heck I’m doing. Thought I’d take the 30 day offer and see where it goes.
The site itself has great content and I’ve seen good things from the forums so far. Hoping it will help me sort through all the noise.
