Newbie from North Florida

Been getting the newsletter for years now, using some of the tips and trick listed so decided to join. For $2 a month the information is great and hope to learn from some of the others here a few things I'm sure I don't know. Been burning wood to flavor dead meat for about 40 years but learning something all the time.
Currently have an old Oklahoma Joe I bought new back in 2000 before they sold out. Nothing like the new ones, weighs about 350-400 lbs and doesn't get moved around much any more but sure smokes good. Just learned about tuning plates a while back so like I said, you never know it all.
Glad to be here and look forward to reading over other threads for knowledge.

(Paid members get automatic monthly entry, whereas Free Trial members or general public must enter manually.) We’d hate to have to pick another person because you don’t answer us!
