Been getting the newsletter for years now, using some of the tips and trick listed so decided to join. For $2 a month the information is great and hope to learn from some of the others here a few things I'm sure I don't know. Been burning wood to flavor dead meat for about 40 years but learning something all the time.
Currently have an old Oklahoma Joe I bought new back in 2000 before they sold out. Nothing like the new ones, weighs about 350-400 lbs and doesn't get moved around much any more but sure smokes good. Just learned about tuning plates a while back so like I said, you never know it all.
Glad to be here and look forward to reading over other threads for knowledge.
