I just wanted to say Hi to all of you. I'm new to serious bbq. I've dabbled a little bit by hunting and pecking. I wanted to up my game for a while. Discovered you by looking at the Adrenaline BBQ website. What a blessing this has been. I'm learning so much.

Howdy from The Great State of Jefferson! Like you, and many of us, I stumbled upon AR while poking around the interwebs for all things BBQ. I don't want to gush too much, but this site was life-changing as far as my cooking and cooking skills. Not just outdoor grilling and smoking, but it opened my eyes to all manner of the culinary arts. Not to mention the great folks we share this site with. No other place like it.
Oh, and it cost me a ton of money to feed the MCS that I didn't even know I had until I joined! You're going to love it!!!
