My daughter signed me up. I'm a novice grill man - work with a sort of cheapo Lowe's Char Broil propane grill, but want to learn. I retired about two years ago, so for the last two summers I've grilled more than I did for the previous 10 years. I grill mostly fish, kebobs and steaks. I got a rotisserie for the Char Broil for Christmas so I would like to try some Pork Butt and chickens. Well, I'm looking forward to the Forums and videos.

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
