    Hi y'all from West Tennessee

    Been a member of the site for over a year now but finally have gotten around to introducing myself. Have a gas grill, a Weber Kettle, and am looking at either a pellet or pbc in the near future. Just cook for the family and have had some decent results. Have gotten a lot out of the tutorials, recipes, and reviews!

    Greetings from Colorado! The PBC is an awesome rig ... and when you start looking at pellet smokers, don't overlook Grilla Grills.

      That is my dilemma right now. With a toddler around, I kinda want a set it and forget it method to make good ribs/shoulder/brisket. And I really can't justify spending more than $400 for it when the wife will kill me ;-)

      oppodude - I guarantee you'll be happier with a $300 PBC than with a $400 pellet pooper. Just be aware that the PBC isn't exactly set and forget (and IMHO, neither is a pellet smoker ... at least not totally).

                These were done on my Weber Kettle. Turned out pretty good but always can strive for better!
