          Welcome to the pit. As a previous Portland Oregon area dweller (Warren) all I can say is if you really get into this BBQ thing start planning for a way to keep dry 9 months out the year if you don't have that covered already. LOL

                            Greetings from northern Massachusetts. I took a flyer on subscribing last year thinking that if $24 can help me cook an $80 brisket the right way and not ruin it, it will pay for itself. Since then, I've learned a ton about BBQ & grilling. The subscription has paid itself a thousand times over with all of the ideas, techniques, recipes, etc.
