Just became a (trial) member of the Pit.....I am in northern Michigan and love to cook outside on my Kamado Joe Classic or 18 inch WSM.
I am at best an average backyard cook who enjoys trying new recipes and techniques. Looking forward to learning more about the art and science of BBQ and having a lot of fun along the way.
