    Hello from St. Florian Alabama. i mostly cook on a Big Green Egg at home and an old Cajun Cooker at the lake during the summer with family. We have a reverse flow smoker to use when we have a big crowd at the lake.
    Every August the family cooks about 200 lbs of Boston Butts, a Lamb and chicken for an August birthday party for the community. I have enjoyed amazing ribs so far,
