    Hi from Bermuda

    hey folks. Newbie from Bermuda. I have recently picked up smoking meat in the last year or too, I started with a UDS and now have a Weber Kettle 26. Looking to upgrade on that already. Not many smokers here in my country so here I am, looking to take it all in and hone the craft from others before me.
