I more or less just started out grilling last year.Despite my husband bought a cheap grill years ago, but I never was interested in grilling meat and other things on it. It was just not my thing I thought. Until the grill broke last May.
We invested in a Napoleon R425SB and my little boy asked me if I could make him some hot dogs and I realized that is exactly my thing. Shortly after my husband bought Meatheads comprehensive "THE SIENCE of GREAT BARBECUE and GRILLING" book and we invested in a Maverick thermometer and after reading a few pages and recipes I got more and more interested in trying them out.
Today, I finally signed up to the pitmasters club and I'm looking forward for more ideas and suggestions from you all.
