Just wanted to stop in and say hi. Amazingribs.com was my first stop when I first started smoking meat and grilling. I've learned so much from you folks already; hoping to learn a lot more. I mainly use an offset smoker but my first love was my 22" Weber that I still use all the time.

I'm the kind of guy that loves technology and numbers; having said that I'm completely obsessed with all of the variables that go into the science of smoking/grilling good bbq.

Attached are a few pics from my most recent brisket.
