Hello Pitmasters,

I hope to learn a lot more about BBQ etc. I´m involved in grilling since 19 years and discovered the art of braai last year. So all the neighbours around are living without sunshine and with a good smell of fresh BBQ ;-)



I checked the amazingribs.com HP from time to time. But got really hooked since I´ve read the german version of "The Science". If you think I´m a little bit to silent around here, that´s because of my bad english. But I´ll try my best.
